WOMEN'S INDIVIDUAL CAMP |
Our Women’s Individual Camp provides an opportunity for female athletes to train with one-another as we explore cutting-edge skills and tactics performed by the very best at all levels. Athletes will have an opportunity to work with current collegiate and post-graduate female athletes as mentors in addition to our coaching staff/counselors. This camp is balanced between covering high-level skills as well as live wrestling sessions preparing athletes for all endeavors. Our goal is to focus on growth athletically and mentally while also providing a bonding experience between the wrestlers, staff, girls competing at the next level after high school. This camp will feature techniques and drills in all positions which are presented in a systematic approach to help athlete retain general understanding of concepts and approaches essential for success.
